New Piece – Dragonfly Cuff Bracelet

This is one of the coolest pieces my shop has put out in some time. It’s a sterling silver hard cuff bracelet with dragonflies carved in relief. All of those textures are actually cast into the metal. It was a custom order for a client, so it’s already gone, but I wanted you all to be able to appreciate it.

This is a serious work of art. My wax carver, Bob, really outdid himself with this one. So much so, I’m having him work on some more pieces like this for stock to which anyone can have access. The next one coming out will feature a sunflower relief. It might even have more than one on it; we haven’t decided yet. I’ve learned to give Bob his creative license in these kinds of pieces, and in over twenty-five years with him, I’ve yet to be disappointed.
